I’m truly honored to receive the Wu Ta-You Memorial Award, a recognition that celebrates young researchers committed to advancing science and technology. This award is given to early-career scholars with outstanding research performance and future potential, and I am grateful to be among this year’s recipients.

This recognition reflects not only my own efforts, but also the support of my students, collaborators, and mentors who have been part of this journey. From exploring carbon materials and battery chemistry to bridging academia and industry, each step has been shaped by teamwork and curiosity.

I see this not as a milestone, but as motivation. There is still much to explore, and I look forward to continuing to push the boundaries of energy storage research, and hopefully contribute to a more sustainable future.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey.
