We are proud to announce that Professor Yu-Sheng Su has been selected as a recipient of the 2025 Delta Young Technology Scholar Award, recognizing his outstanding academic achievements and research potential in the field of electric vehicles and energy materials.


The Delta Young Technology Scholar Award, established by the Delta Electronics Foundation, celebrates young researchers who demonstrate exceptional innovation and leadership in advancing sustainable technology. Professor Su’s pioneering work on lithium battery materials and interfacial engineering stood out during the selection process, highlighting his contributions to next-generation energy storage research.

This work presents a lithium silicate–based artificial solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) that significantly enhances the stability and performance of rechargeable lithium metal batteries. The study highlights our team’s ongoing efforts in designing advanced interfacial architectures for next-generation high-energy batteries.



In September 2025, Prof. Yu-Sheng Su has once again been recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists, according to the annual report from Stanford University.


What makes this year’s announcement even more special is that Prof. Su has also been named to the Career-Long World’s Top 2% Scientists list for the first time. This distinction highlights not only his recent research impact but also his sustained contributions to the field of advanced materials and energy storage over the span of his career.


The Stanford ranking is based on standardized citation indicators, evaluating researchers across all scientific disciplines. Earning a place on both the annual and career-long lists is an acknowledgment of Prof. Su’s consistent influence, innovation, and global visibility in academia.
